A Proud Day to be English!

Hey folks, just a quickie for Taggie's Travels. I'm writing this because I know it will REALLY annoy Tim and will also serve as a reminder of the fact that i was in Australia when England took back the ashes.

Yep people it truly is a great time to be a "Stinking, Cheating, Rotten, Dirty Pomme" right now in Australia, I'm loving it! All the crap and abuse I have taken since the series started is now loaded me with so much ammunition it unbelievable, I'm like a kid in a candy store hehe! At work, I won 2 cartons (48 bottles) of beer which I'm going to pick up tomorrow. Yesterdays shift was great, I was chirping away at all the chefs most of the day, I kept asking if the wanted any peas to shell as being English I'd be good at it. Or maybe it was the end of Australian sport  as the don't have the world cup, the ashes and can't win any tennis events any more!!!!

All the supermarkets have sold out of sour grapes and mardy cake, you cant find them anywhere!!!!

And as for Tim, well I'm not allowed to mention the cricket as he said he'll kick me out, I think he'd had enough after the sledging we gave him when Greer was here!

Many thanks to all those who decided to text me at 4am to tell me the score, I have to have my phone on because of the alarm! But yeah remember people I'm 9 hours in front of you guys!!! And to all my new friends over here who's texts and phone calls contained at
least one fcuk off!!!!

Well I'm off to make the most of my day off now. Take care friends

Taggie

I leave you with the obituary of the ashes which i've
now updated

"In Affectionate Remembrance of AUSTRALIAN CRICKET,
which died at the Oval on 12th SEPTEMBER, 2005, Deeply
lamented by a large circle of sorrowing friends and
acquaintances R.I.P.

N.B. — The body will be cremated and the ashes kept in England."
