Notes From Committee Meeting - 7th Feb 2006

HELP Required

We are short of some committee members.

We need a male volunteer to sort out Presentation night and the trophies etc. The ladies are sorted.

We also need someone to look after KIT and to organise ordering men’s new away shirts.

Presentation Night

12^th May 2006 at the Hostess

Cost 17.00

Deposit to be paid by 7th March 2006

Balance MUST be paid by 31 March 2006 

Trophies

All trophies MUST be returned to the committee prior to the AGM

AGM

AGM is to be held at Debdale on 12^th April 2006 meet 7.15 for prompt 7.30 start.

Nominations are invited for  All positions on the committee. Captains have a nomination form. All nominations must be proposed and seconded by club members.

Closing Date for Nominations is 12^th March 2006. The minutes of the last AGM will be published on the Web site shortly. Anyone who wishes to see a copy and does not have access to the website please contact Sylvia Johnson (649094)

Race Night

Race night is to be held on 4^th March 2006 at Debdale. Cost will be 5.00 per person and will include a pie and pea supper. Sponsors are required for each race at the cost of £25.00. You will get advertising in the race night booklet and a mention before the race.

Coaching Courses

There is a level one coaching course due to take place at Bingham in May.

There is also a level two course due to take place in May in Birmingham.

PAY TO PLAY

Please remind all players that they must pay their match taxes when they play. Any arrears must be brought up to date immediately.
