'On Yer Bike' Sponsor for North Notts Ladies 1st XI

North Notts Ladies were given a massive boost on Saturday when the ladies first X1 received there new sponsored Shirts by local Business man Dave Buckinger.  The Ladies who are currently riding high in the Midlands Conference league with three wins out of three will now be sporting the lightweight Mercian shirts and playing away from the Manor in the Traditional White North Notts away strip.

The club has tried a new approach of finding individual sponsors for each of its 9 teams.  The ladies have had numerous successes including a league and cup double last season and also winning the HA Vase in 2003.  Local business man Dave Buckinger added “it’s been a pleasure to sponsor such a dedicated club; North Notts have been at the forefront of Hockey development in the area since 1949”.  The club are now setting there sights on other sponsorship deals including the Men’s 1^st X1 who are currently riding high in the East Midlands Premier division with 4 straight wins, any local business interested in sponsoring one of the clubs teams should contact Dave Hannah on 07977148442.  The club is also looking for new players of all ages to bolster its membership.  The club caters for all standards and ages.
